Account - any person with a registered username and password has an account.
Achievement - a thing done successfully - the obtaining of a set goal.

Alert - any notification of an event in the game, whether it be a gold box or that someone has successfully captured a point.

Anti-aliasing - this involves smoothing the structure of the pixels on the contours by adding pixels of color transition.
Anti-cheat - a program that's part of the game which has been set up to deal with cheaters in battle.
Anti-flood - a program that's part of the game which has been set up to deal with flood in the chat.
Arena - a map in Tanki Online.
Ares - a hovering heavy hull in Tanki Online
ASL - an acronym for Assault.
Atra - a map in Tanki Online.
Auto-ban - an automatic ban; this is often confused with the actions of the moderators.

Ban - a form of punishment for violators.

Battery - the supply used to power most Drones
Battle Pass - allows you to unlock a set of bigger and better rewards for each stage of the challenge.
Berlin - a map in Tanki Online.
Billboard - they're like banners that appear in the maps of the game; these can vary depending on if events are celebrated or not.
Bobruisk - a map in Tanki Online.
Boombox - a map in Tanki Online.
Boosted Armor - A supply in Tanki Online; it provides you with more armor on your hull.
Boosted Damage - A supply in Tanki Online; it enables you to deal more damage with your turret.
Brest - a map in Tanki Online.
Bridges - a map in Tanki Online.
Bronze - a paint in Tanki Online; awarded to the 3rd place clan of the Star Series Championship.
Browser - software used to browse the Internet (examples being Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Maxthon, and Safari).
Buff - an increase in the performance characteristics of any given piece of equipment.
Bug - a bug is an error, flaw, failure, or fault in the system that causes it to produce an incorrect or unexpected result, or to behave in unintended ways.
Bug-report - the action of reporting bugs found in the game; you do this in the Problems and Solutions section of the forum.
Buyer - a player who buys in-game items for real money.
BP - Acronym for "Wasp / Railgun" combination and type of format battle. Can also refer to the Battle Pass.
Camp - a map in Tanki Online.
Canyon - a map in Tanki Online
Capture - to capture a flag or a point (in this context).
Challenges - a time-limited event implemented in the game for a pre-determined time that rewards players with all sorts of goodies, exclusive items, and rare rewards. See Challenges.
Champion - a paint in Tanki Online; awarded to the winning clan of the Star Series Championship.
Chernobyl - a map in Tanki Online.
Clan - the players' union in the group with a single name and leadership.

Community Manager (CM) - a specialist who is constantly in communication with the players, exploring their interests, etc.

CP - an acronym for Control Points.
Creative League (CL) - an organization of artists, digital designers, and other talented people are able to apply and join. Once a member, you're awarded the Helios paint.
Critical - primarily used when a Smoky lands a harder hit on another tank.
Cross - a map in Tanki Online.
Crusader - a hovering medium hull in Tanki Online
Cryo - A paint in Tanki Online part of a special bundle that was only available for a limited time.
Crystals - the game's primary currency, used to buy and upgrade items in the garage. See Crystals
CTF - an acronym for Capture the Flag.

Death Match (DM) - a battle mode in Tanki Online, consists of an "ALL vs ALL" fight format.
Deck-9 - a map in Tanki Online.
Default - The classic shot effect that all turrets are originally equipped with.
Desert - a map in Tanki Online.
Developer - a person or company that creates new products, especially computer products such as software.
Dictator - a medium hull in Tanki Online.
Disconnect - a loss of connection.
Domination Series (DS) - a series of tournaments in Tanki Online, the last one being Season II.
Double Kill - killing two opponents at the same time or with the same shot.
Drop - gold boxes or supplies that drop during battle. It can also mean dropping a flag.

Duelist - someone who partakes in 1-1 matches.

Drug - slang word used to address "Supplies".
Drugger - slang word used to address "Supplies' users".

FPS - frames per second, higher FPS indicating smoother graphics.

F1 - meaning the player with the flag can be destroyed with 1 shot. Generally used in XP / BP battles.
Friends list - list of players you've added as friends in-game.
Game designer - an expert in styling rules, game, and design.
Garder - a map in Tanki Online.
Gauss - a long-range turret in Tanki Online
GG - acronym for 'good game.'
GGWP - acronym for 'good game, well played.'
Gift - item available in the Garage which can be purchased and sent to another player, along with a short custom message. (Gifts are not available in HTML5 at the moment)

Gladiator - a paint in Tanki Online; awarded to all players who participated in the Star Series Clan Championship.
Glide - a paint designed for those professionally engaged in parkour.
Gold - Commonly refers to a Gold Box, though is also the name for several shot effects.
Gold box - a special crystal box worth 1000 crystals, or more, depending on events.
Gravity - a map in Tanki Online.
Green - a paint in Tanki Online; it's free and already in your garage. Also a shot effect for Shaft.
Gubakha - a map in Tanki Online.
Glitch - a minor malfunction, mishap, or technical problem.
GTanks - a mostly derelict clone of old Tanki Online.
Hacking - an action aimed at taking a password from someone's account or when a tanker is using 3rd party software to give himself an advantage.
Hammer - a short-range turret in Tanki Online.
Helios - a paint in Tanki Online; is privileged to the members of the Creative League.
Helper - a paint in Tanki Online; goes to the best Helpers of the month.

Ignore - putting a player on your blacklist; you cannot see their messages.

Jug - short for Juggernaut.
Jugby mode - RGB, but everyone has the Juggernaut tank and Terminator turret.
Karma - the history of violations and received player bans. Karma contains a log of all the bans and notes of the moderators. On the basis of karma decides on punishment, as well as pure karma is a condition of admission to the assistants of the administration.
Kolhoz - a map in Tanki Online.
Kungur - a map in Tanki Online.
Lag - impaired computer functionality resulting from high latency, packet loss, or low-performance hardware
Lobby - a set of facilities displayed to the user before entering a battle.
Log - fixing any action in the form of text, often with time. For example, in the game log battle - this information is in the upper right corner, which specifies who gets killed, went into battle, came out of it, brought the flag, capture the point. Logged (i.e. take the form of a log) actions of moderators, the player approaches the game, and much more.

Moderator - a representative of law and order on the server and the forum.
Module - a piece of equipment that reduces damage coming from specific turrets. See Modules
Molotov - a map in Tanki Online.
Monte Carlo - a map in Tanki Online.
Mult - a player who deliberately remains inactive or sabotages the gameplay of others.
MU / MUd / MUed - Micro-upgrade / Micro-upgraded. See Micro-upgrades.
MyTanks - a clone of an older version of Tanki that older players sometimes visit for nostalgia.
Nerf - a decrease in the performance characteristics of any given piece of equipment.
Noise - a map in Tanki Online.
Noob - a weak or low-leveled player; short for "newbie". Also refers to players who are high-level, but play poorly as if they are inexperienced.

OMP - One Man Parkour
One-shot - a term used in team battles for communication purposes, indicating that a player is one shot away from being destroyed.
OP - Short for overpowered, used to communicate that a certain piece of equipment is more powerful than others.

Overdrive - a feature in Tanki Online. Overdrive allows you to affect your teammates in special ways when activated.
Parkour - the art of overcoming obstacles.

Ping - time elapsed to transmit a packet of information from a player to a server and from the server back to the player. Measured in milliseconds.

Rank - all players in Tanki Online have a certain rank, which shows the progress of the player in-game.

Referral - a player you invited to the game.
Repair kit - A supply in Tanki Online; it repairs your tank for a specific period of time.
