From Tanki Online Wiki


The Heads Up Display is all of the icons, buttons, etc seen in the game. Every little button, icon you see is a part of the HUD. Below is a list of all components of Tanki's HUD and what they do.

Lobby HUD

The Lobby HUD is composed of the battle list in the middle and the battle selection/customization panel towards the right.

Battle List

Battle Mode Filters
Component Description
Dm mode.png Deathmatch battle filter — Pressing this will filter out all battles in the Battle List, except Deathmatch battles.
Tdm mode.png Team Deathmatch battle filter — Pressing this will filter out all battles in the Battle List, except Team Deathmatch battles.
Cp mode.png Control Points battle filter — Pressing this will filter out all battles in the Battle List, except Control Points battles.
Ctf mode.png Capture the Flag battle filter — Pressing this will filter out all battles in the Battle List, except Capture the Flag battles.
ASL mode.png Assault battle filter — Pressing this will filter out all battles in the Battle List, except Assault battles.
RGB mode.png Rugby battle filter — Pressing this will filter out all battles in the Battle List, except Rugby battles.
JGR Icon.png Team Juggernaut battle filter — Pressing this will filter out all battles in the Battle List, except Team Juggernaut battles.
SGE icon.png Seige battle filter — Pressing this will filter out all battles in the Battle List, except Seige battles.


Battle Menu and Settings

Battle Menu
Component Description
Join Red.png Join Red team battle —,Joins the Red team of the selected battle.
Join Blue.png Join Blue team battle — Joins the Blue team of the selected battle.
Join DM.png Join a Deathmatch battle — Joins a selected Deatmatch.
CopyLink.png Copy link — Copies the link to the battle, enabling you to share it with friends or post in a chat.
Battle Settings

Private Battle Indicates whether the battle will be private or available to all players — private battles are visible only to those who access it using the provided link or are invited by a friend.
Bonusboxesicon.png
Bonus boxes Indicates that bonus boxes will drop.
Goldboxesicon.png
Gold Boxes Indicates whether Gold Boxes are enabled or disabled. If disabled, Gold Boxes will never appear on the map and users will not be able to physically drop them using the "Gold Box Supply". Disabling this feature will be balanced out by a slight increase in battle fund growth.
Suppliesicon.png
Supplies Indicates that players will be able to use their supplies.
Smartsuppliesicon.png
Smart Supplies Indicates that Smart Cooldowns will be active during the battle.
Friendlyfireicon.png
Friendly fire Indicates that friendly fire will be active during the battle. Friendly fire allows players to damage their teammates by shooting at them.
Clanbattleicon.png
Clan vs Clan Indicates that the battle is Clan vs Clan only. Clan vs Clan battles only allow players of the same Clan to join a specific team (only for TDM/CTF and CP).
Drone icon.png
Drones Indicates that players in the battle will be able to use Drones.
Upgradesicon.png
Upgrades Indicates that micro-upgrades are active during the battle.
Alterations icon.png
Alterations Indicates that Alterations are active during the battle.
Autofinishicon.png
Auto-finish Indicates that the early battle termination system is active during the battle.
Weaponchangeicon.png
Weapon Change Indicates that weapon change will be allowed, so players may change their equipment during the battle and do not need to leave the battle to change.
Autobalanceicon.png
Autobalance Indicates that auto balance will be active during the battle (only for TDM, CTF and CP). Autobalance disables the feature of multiple players joining the same team whilst the other team is short in numbers.
Probattleicon.png
Overdrive Indicates that Overdrives are enabled in the battle.
Parkourbattleicon.png
Format battle This indicates that the following battle is a format battle.
Flaglimiticon.png
Flag limit This indicates the designated amount of flags that one team must capture before the battle may conclude. The battle will not end until the flag limit is reached (except in the instance of a server update).



Chat HUD

Towards the left of the screen, one can access the Chat and explore various areas of the Communicator Panel - which itself consists of the News panel as well as the chat selection list.

Red Prefix Description
(CM) Indicates that this player is a Community Manager.
(A) Indicates that this player is a Chat Moderators' Administrator.
(M) Indicates that this player is a Chat Moderator.
(C) Indicates that this player is a Candidate Chat Moderator.
(BA) Indicates that this player is a Battle Moderators' Administrator.
(BM) Indicates that this player is a Battle Moderator.
(BMC) Indicates that this player is a Battle Moderator Candidate.
(ECA) Indicates that this player is an Events or Contests Administrator.
(ECM) Indicates that this player is an Events or Contests Organizer.
(ECC) Indicates that this player is an Events Helper, Events, or Contest Organizer Candidate.


Chat Commands

These commands can be accessed by clicking on a username in the public Chat.

Chat Commands
Command Description
Write publicly Adds Username: into the Send Message box in the Chat, which sends any text after Username: as a private message to the given user.
Write privately Adds Username: into the Send Message box in the Chat, which sends any text after Username as a private message to the given user.
Copy name Copies the user's name to your clipboard.
Invite to battle Invites the user to the selected battle. Only available if the user is part of your clan or in your friends list
Ignore Ignores the user, you will not receive anymore of his/her messages.
Profile View the users' Ratings profile.
Add to friends Sends the user a friend request.
Confirm request Accepts a friend request which adds the user to your friends list, only available if the other use has sent you a friend request.
Decline request Declines the users' friend request, only available if the other use has sent you a friend request.
Invite to clan Sends the user a request to join your clan. Only available if you are part of a clan and have a clan rank at or higher than Veteran



Battle HUD

The Battle HUD comprises of player interactions with the battle systems, the supply indicators and lastly, the killfeed indicators in the top-right of the battle screen.

Includes respective parameters of turrets and hulls, protective modules and supply cooldowns.

Turrets

Indicator Description
2a40baa3.png Damage — minimum damage dealt to an enemy tank per one shot of the turret or per second.
89f9090f.png Sniping damage — damage dealt to an enemy tank per one shot of the turret in sniping mode. (Shaft only)
E52d6640.png Damage — damage dealt to an enemy tank in one second. (Isida only)
03ef3ff7.png Burning time — period of time (starting from the moment when Firebird's attack is over) during which enemy tank will be burning and receiving "burning damage". (Firebird only)
Isida heal.png Healing — amount of a friendly tank's health restored in one second. (Isida only)
Isida radius.png Radius — heal / damage radius. (Isida only)
12ec35bf.png Critical damage — increased damage dealt to an enemy tank in case of a critical hit. Displayed as a static shock on the enemy's tank. (Smoky only)
CritHeal.png Critical Heal — increased heal dealt to an ally tank in case of a critical hit. Displayed as a static shock on the enemy's tank. (Isida only)

66908195.png Range of max damage — the distance at which the turret deals its full damage. If the distance is bigger than the max damage range, the damage constantly decreases till the minimum damage range.
Aa368db1.png Weak damage — the % of normal damage dealt to an enemy at distances bigger that minimum damage range.
Ae5da89d.png Rotation speed — maximum speed the turret can turn at horizontally. For Magnum, this indicates the maximum speed its turret can turn vertically.
7dcd6fc2.png Reloading — pause between shots.
A1f0718c.png Penetrating power — % of initial damage dealt to a next tank on the line of fire. If there are several tanks standing one behind another, each next tank will be receiving a decreased damage equal to the percent of damage dealt to the previous tank. (Railgun only)
Rico speed.png Projectile speed — speed of the turret's shell.
640064ae.png Impact force — physical impact of a turret's projectile on enemy tanks when hitting them.


Hulls

Cdffcc5b.png Protection — the tank's health.
6809c52f.png Top speed — the maximum speed the tank can get to while travelling in a straight line.
285f32ef.png Turning speed — the maximum speed at which the tank can turn.
C3f6cd78.png Weight — affects tank's stability, i.e. impact force of hits, recoil of its own turret, and partly, ability to move other tanks (this parameter does not affect tank's speed).
6a6145fb.png Acceleration — affects the time it takes a tank to get to its maximum speed and ability to push other tanks.

Supplies

Supply Indicators
Indicator Description
Rep supp.png Repair Kit cooldown — time that you need to wait to activate Repair Kit after the supply was activated.
DA supp.png Boosted Armor cooldown — time that you need to wait to activate Boosted Armor after the supply was activated.
DD supp.png Boosted Damage cooldown — time that you need to wait to activate Boosted Damage after the supply was activated.
Nitro supp.png Speed Boost cooldown — time that you need to wait to activate Speed Boost after the supply was activated.
Mine supp.png Mine cooldown — time that you need to wait to deploy a Mine after the supply was activated.
GB supp.png Gold Box cooldown — time that you need to wait to deploy a Gold Box after the supply was activated.
Supply Time.png Supply Duration — time you need to wait before activating the supply once again.



Clan HUD

The Clan HUD only consists of the three major components in the clan window.
