Deathmatch Tournaments

Deathmatch Tournaments are automatically generated DM battles, with paid registration prior to the start of the battle.
They all have a predetermined starting time and battle settings, such as supply usage, duration, micro-upgrades and related.
These battles are available to all players from Warrant Officer 1 and above. The players, who registered in the tournament, are distributed into battles based on their ranks.
In order to participate in the tournament a player is required to pay a certain amount of crystals, based on their rank, as shown below:

Part of the initial player contribution forms a large initial battle fund, while the rest is gradually added as players fight each others. The resulting fund is much greater than that of normal DM battles, meaning that players have increased opportunities to get a bigger reward from tournaments than from battles. That is, of course, if they can get into the top places of the leader board.
DM tournaments are held daily on various maps and for different ranks. All available tournaments can be seen by clicking the “Tournament DM” header (located at the top of the battles' list on any server). Inside the information window there is a list of today’s tournaments, start time of the registration for the next battle and a countdown for it, plus battle settings. The tournament’s league, or the range of player ranks it will accept, is shown at the bottom-right corner of the map preview image. The league determines the cost of registration and therefore the initial battle fund.
To participate in the next DM tournament, one needs to wait until the start of the registration and press the “Register” button. After that a window will appear on the screen, which will show the number of players, the total fund and a countdown until the start of the match. You can cancel the registration, in which case the crystals will not be deducted from your account. After the registration ends, all players are randomly distributed into battles on various servers. A number of identical private battles are created simultaneously in order to accommodate all registered players.
Every tournament match starts with a warm-up — a 2-minute preparation period during which players can move, shoot and kill each other, although the kills and deaths do not count towards the rating or any other statistics. The preparation is necessary to give all players enough time to load into the map to start the match simultaneously, although it’s also a good opportunity to analyse your enemies and change equipment.
As soon as the warm-up ends, a siren sounds, identical to the one used for a Gold Box, and marks the start of DM match. Crystals are added to the initial battle fund at the usual rate, increasing the total amount by a certain value corresponding to the rank of the player being killed. All bonuses (including Premium) and player statistics are added as usual and do count towards any relevant Daily Missions. Once a battle ends, it does not restart and the map disappears once all players have left.
Battles for DM tournaments are specially adapted and differ from normal games. It’s impossible to enter them by any means other than the registration. It also isn’t possible to invite friends to those battles and sending someone a direct link to the battle will simply let them log onto the same server, but not view the DM tournament battle.
